Source.show_special_msgs(inplace=False)#

Shows ticks that represent internal events generated by OneTick analytics to facilitate graph processing.

Currently, only ticks that represent PREPARE_FOR_RUNNING_QUERY events are produced.

Parameters:

inplace (bool) – The flag controls whether operation should be applied inplace or not. If inplace=True, then it returns nothing. Otherwise, method returns a new modified object.
self (Source)

Return type:

Source or None

Examples

PREPARE_FOR_RUNNING_QUERY event is generated in running queries:

>>> data = data.show_special_msgs()
